Music, Movement & Me

Welcome to a new research project that explores how ecstatic dance and somatic movement influence the connection between body, mind and environment.

This qualitative study provides a unique opportunity for you to share your personal experiences and contribute to a deeper understanding of this powerful practice.

Working together, we will explore how ecstatic dance enables participants to abandon their inhibitions and achieve a meditative, therapeutic and 'ecstatic' state, as well as how organisers, DJs and others curate transformative emotional and embodied journeys.

Read on for more information or click here to connect with us to find out how your voice can shape understanding of ecstatic dance, for today, and tomorrow.
